Over the course of the past 29 years Dr. Pearl Glasgow has obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree, majoring in Educational Leadership. Doctor of Humane Letters (Honorary). She also holds a Master of Science degree in Planning and Development, a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Management, certificates in Public Administration, Geographic Information Systems, Human Settlements, Character Education, and a diploma in theology.

 

Dr. Glasgow has had over 39 years of experience working with institutions, communities, schools, families, seniors, and churches. Dr Glasgow also worked with over 4,000 at risk youths, troubled marriages, women, men and children's gatherings. At the library of Congress Dr. Glasgow studied over 100 Dissertations on At Risk youth behavior.

 

Dr. Pearl Glasgow has been dedicated and committed to a lifetime of service for the physical betterment of others and the improvement of humanity. This commitment has afforded her the opportunity to educate, counsel, coordinate, and consult locally, statewide, regionally and internationally. She has done this through conferences, workshop, programs, seminars, and television appearances.

Dr. Vanessa Borrell–Warner is a public health educator, nonprofit leader, and CHES-certified specialist with over 20 years of experience in community health and workforce development. She serves as a Senior Public Health Educator with the NYC Department of Health, leading community engagement, training, and team development. With an EdD in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Health Education, she brings expertise in outreach, program design, care navigation, and staff training to initiatives that advance wellness and equitable access to services.

Harold De Los Rios serves as the Spanish Representative and Logistics & Set‑Up Coordinator, ensuring clear communication and seamless operations. He supports Spanish‑speaking community members by keeping them informed, included, and engaged. In his logistics role, Harold manages materials, equipment, and on‑site preparation, helping events and outreach efforts run efficiently. His reliability, cultural awareness, and hands‑on leadership strengthen every program he supports.

Crystal Gonzalez is a highly organized administrative professional and small business owner with experience in office operations, customer service, community outreach, and wellness services. She has supported programs serving seniors, families, and survivors of domestic violence while also managing her own mobile body‑contouring business. Skilled in Microsoft Office, program coordination, client services, and business operations, Crystal is passionate about helping individuals and families build stability, confidence, and access the resources they need.

Vanessa Mason is an investigative administrator with the Fire Department of New York, where she has served for 33 years. She is committed to upholding integrity within the FDNY, ensuring that EMTs, Paramedics, and Firefighters entering the department understand the responsibility and character required both on and off duty. Vanessa holds an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts and is an active member of World Impact Community Services Inc., where she finds joy in serving her community.
